As an important instrument to to meet todays highly competetive market demands and to strengthen the customer loaylty, the training concept ranks highly with TT. Starting with pratical instructions for service technicians more than 20 years ago, TT now offers a wide variety of basic and advanced training courses which are attended by almost 3000 participants each year.
